#323 – Using This Down Time To Build Yourself Up – 5 Minute Clinic
As we record this episode, we understand that we are living in a strange and stressful time, and our hearts go out to all who are badly affected. The best thing we can all do right now is to stay positive, worry about things that you can control, and focus on things that you can be grateful for.
So while we are on some sort of downtime, we suggest that you find something to make this time productive. Read a book that you’ve wanted to read. Learn a new craft. Do something that you’ve been passionate about. We hope that you find this episode inspiring.
