In this episode, Kevin and I do a time-audit where we write out everything we spend our time on in a week.

Once complete, we estimate the number of hours we're spending on each line-item.

Then we prioritize them in order of MOST importance.

This includes sleep, and we end up with 12 line-items and 156 hours of 168 accounted for.

That leaves 12 hours missing that we had to find and re-allocate.
