For our latest book suggestions head over tohttps://www.thehyperconsciouspodcast.com/book-suggestionsHave you ever gotten to the end of a day and felt like you got nothing done?Have you ever ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off, but then had nothing to show for it at the end of the day?Over-stressed, over-worked and underproducing? We've all been there. Kevin and I certainly have.So what happened though? You started the day with a solid proactive game-plan, but then you got derailed.Instead of staying focused on what YOU planned, you allowed other people's agendas to take over. And that's a dangerous game.Imagine a man who worked for 40 years, never spent much time with his family, never invested in his health and doesn't have many friends. Now imagine that man has a heart attack. His actions are now reactive. Now he finally starts taking his health seriously and spends more time with his family. But what if the heart attack killed him?He wouldn't have gotten a second chance to change, and that's the downside of not living a proactive life. Enjoy!
